Israel is a special nation on this planet and God loves Israel at all times. As Christian, we really need to know how to bless Israel with our daily prayer and we will experience the blessing from God as well. For the Bible clearly stated that anyone who blessed Israel will be blessed and anyone who cursed Israel will be cursed. that's why we really need to know how to stand for Israel in our everyday prayer.

" And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed." (Gen :12 : 2-3)

1. Beware of the news about Israel

If you want to be an intercessor who can be used by God
according to His will, you need to watch news everyday.
News can show us the daily needs of our city , our nation
and of  course the nation of Israel as well. The best news
about Israel may not be on your TV screen but you can
always find it on the internet. News such as How the
president of United states is communicating with Israel and
how Iran is trying to attack Israel with her nuclear weapon
are something you can pray about . We need to ask God to
protect His promised land to the Israel and send His angels
to protect Israel from being harm at all times. If we can do
that, we can be sure that we are praying according the will
   of God for Israel.

2. Beware of the needs of Israel

Israel always face three kinds of need : A.Spiritual,
   B.Internal, C.External.

A.By Spiritual, we mean Israel needs to repent for the sin for
not receiving Jesus as the messiah. The long suffering of
Jewish in history because of this issue. if they were willing
to turn around and accepted Jesus as the messiah who they
have been waiting for a long time, they didn't have to suffer
so many problems as what they had in history. We thank
God  for all the work He Has done in the last ten years
that, there were only 1500 Christians in Israel, but now there
are about 15,000 Christian in God's promised land. Let's
pray more, and more Jewish will accept Jesus in the days
    to come.

B.By Internal, we mean all the problems that the Israel
government need to deal with. There are thousands of
Jewish will return to the promised land from all over the
world each year and settle their new life in this place. But
there are so many things that the new immigrants need to
deal with when they enter into this new homeland for them.
They need to learn Hebrews in which they need to
communicate with others in this country. They need to find
new jobs for survival and get involve in this new community
as well. We need to pray for this new immigrants whom
have been living in other countries for a long time that they
can adapt to this new land of milk and honey and getting
alone with other people in this special region of the middle
East. It will be a big challenge to many of these new
populations to live in Israel in the beginning.

C. By External , we mean that Israel are always at war with
all of her surrounding countries such as Iran,Syria and
Palestine. We need to pray for the safety of Israel at all
times. Since God loves Israel,Satan just wants to use of his
power to motivate all the enemies surrounding Israel to
destroy Israel all the times.Although we knew that Michael
is the arc angel whom God has sent to protect Israel
according to the Bible, we still need to pray for Israel safety
each and everyday because there is a spiritual warfare
always going on in the heaven and prayer is our weapon to
ensure that  Israel will win the battle at all times. At the same
time, Christian maybe the last friends who will stand for
Israel before Jesus return to this world.

Conclusion : Since God loves Israel and will help the whole family of Israel come to know Jesus as their own savior in the future when Jesus returns. We really need to pray for Israel and this is what God wants us to do. I am one of this kind of intercessor and I invite you to be one of this power to stand on the gap for Israel. You will be happy to know that the more you stand for Israel, the more blessing you will experience by blessing Israel.God bless you. Amen.

There are many definition on prayer but to make it simple : Prayer is a communication process with God. When we talk about process, it really involve sender and receiver. We are the sender in the and God is the receive (at least in the beginning). Then it will make a 180 degree turns : God will be the sender and we will be the receiver. Let me explain about this process in the following.

1. We are the sender

We are the one who always request on prayer and we always ask God about this or that. Although prayer shouldn't be like that as (4:7 Phil) states that but practically speaking ask for God about something are what most Christians would do all the time. That's why we have a message to send to God whether that message is regarding to the need of solving a problem or dealing with a issue that we need help from God.

2. God is the receiver

When we pray to God , we definitely want Him to receive our message and for sure God will answer prayer all the time even the way he answer is not what we expected at all time. Sometimes, God will answer our prayer with things we have never thought of and always surprise us with more blessing.

3. God as a sender

God will answer our prayer with response and He wants us to receive His message. How can we receive God's message ? That begin another process of communication called "Listening To God". Although we have the Bible as our authority for God's answer and promises, God will also answer our prayer with some individual path according to our situation at that moment. That's why some people have reported that God has spoken to them through the following paths : dreams, visions, words of knowledge, prophetic word, Sermon, Bible verses, words of wisdom, angelic visitation, heaven (or sometimes even hell visit) experience and Jesus appear to individual as well.

4. We as a receiver

For sure God will answer our prayer but it is our responsibility to discern and responds in what we receive. We need discernment because the message can comes from 3 different resources : God or His angels, our own thinking and demons as well. That's why we need to discern the message and weight it with the Bible and confirmation from God (if it is not sure and without peace). At the same time, it is good to share the message with someone who has experience in listening to God and get more opinion from such a person.

Conclusion

prayer is a learning process and as tends to seek God with all our heart, we will growth through this learning process and get to know how God loves to communicate with us each and everyday.

1. Starting by setting up an hour to pray

In order for you to experience the joy of praying for an hour, you must first prepare an hour just for the sake of praying. This logical and reasonable to set this hour in your day. If you don't even want to set an hour out of your daily schedule to pray, there is no way you can understand what it means by praying for an hour. What will be the best time to pray for an hour? For sure , in the morning when you first jump out of your bed will always be the best time to pray if you can get up early. Of course you can set another time of the day if you feel so rush in the morning. However, the fact being that you will either getting worry about things of the day once you start to work or you will just feel tired during the night. If you can give God the best hour of your day, you will experience how power is the first hour of your day will be after you meet God in the morning.

2. Starting by giving thanks and praise to God

The Bible clearly states that "Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name.(Psalm 100:4)" When we tried to enter into God's presence, it is always a good way to start up with thanks giving and praise. You can simply thank God for His daily provision to you and your family, thank God for your breathe, thank God for a good sleep, etc. Thank God with small things then, you will feel how blessing you already are for having all these. Everything is a grace of God and God owe us nothing. As long as we can remember this, we will have tons of things to thank God for. We can also start to praise His names since God has many names revealed to us in the bible and each name has its own meaning to tell us how great our God is. You can also praise God for what he did for you  or anythings or anybody that comes up to your mind that you need to praise God for. (That will fill your first 10-15 minutes up in your prayer time)
3. Starting by listening to God's voice

In this sweet hour of prayer, you don't just keep on speaking at all times, but you can sing out your praise as well and then get into a moment of listening to God's voice. It is better for you to prepare a pen and a notepad (or a notebook) besides you while you start to listen to God. When God speak anything special to you, you can just write it down for your memory or later meditation. God can speak to you with a small still voice in your mind just like when he spoke to the prophet Elijah. He can speak to you with words from the bible, a vision or a picture during your prayer time to you.God will speak to each of us in a unique way that He wants us to get the message .Just sensitive to His voice in this hour when you need to keep your mouth shut and let God speaks. You will be enjoy what He is going to say to you and this is one of the sweetest moment of your prayer hour. (this listening process will takes you to another 10-15 minutes)

4. Starting by Proclaiming God words out aloud

By proclaiming God's words, you will build up your own faith in prayer.By the time you proclaim God's words , you are the one who is listening as well. God's words will just enter into your spirit and build up your faith at the same time. Since there is power in what you say "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit.(Proverbs 18:21)" and also in the words of God So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty,Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.(Isaiah 55 :11)", there is something going on in the spirit realm as you proclaim God's word out loud. You can choose 10 verses each morning and experience the power of God in this prayer moment in your life.(5-10 minutes is gone)

5. Starting by pray for yourself and your own prayer items

We will not place our own self in the beginning of the prayer time because God will always be the first focus of our prayer time. However, it is also important to pray for ourselves since God told us to love others like how we love ourselves as what Jesus summarized about the essence of the commandments. We also have the responsibility to manage things about our life. That's nothing wrong to pray for your self except we always place God as our priority in our prayer time. We can also pray for our family members and anything we need to pray about in that last 15 minutes of our one hour prayer meeting with God. (15 minutes will be gone by now).

Conclusion :

It is how easy to pray for an hour with the suggest timetable from above and you will never right out of things to pray if you will try to use this plan. In case you really have nothing to pray about, you can at least read God's words and get to know God in an intimate way within this hour. It will certainly build up your spirit and draw you closer to God. Actually you can pray bin tongue if you are really running out of things to pray because it is a supernatural language that the Holy Spirit loves to give to every believer. (whether you view it a sign of Spirit-filled experience or as a first sign in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, or any charismatic experience related to this. ) It really helps out your pray and also edify our faith as well. That's why we will never run out of prayer items and we can always pray with the help of the Holy Spirit who can always teach us how to pray according to the Father's will. Start to pray for an hour per day tomorrow, you will experience the joy of prayer and the power from this special prayer meeting with God.

How to pray for your church leaders ?

Your pastoral team needs your prayer

It is a blessing to call by God to lead the church. However, it is never an easy job for being a pastor or any leadership position in the church. For when the church is called by God to preach the gospel to the whole world, Satanic attack and human conflicts cannot be avoid. When being asked by someone that whose the leader people need to spend more time to pray for ? I would definitely say that it should always be the senior pastor of the church. For when we look at the bible , we know that no authority is not given by God. As a senior pastor, he or she needs to always be alert for the sheep. No just that , the senior pastor also needs to know what is the vision that God wants the church to go along with. At the same time, the senior pastor is the one who will face the most criticism and expectation from the whole congregation. And of course the senior pastor is the one who Satan wants to attack the most. For if the senior pastor happen to fall down on any trap of sin or leave the church for whatever hurtful  reasons, the church will be suffering from their lack of leadership and clear direction from God as well. So, be sure to pray for your senior pastor everyday whether you like this leader or not. For he or she is the chosen one from God lead the flocks of the church. At the same time , never participate in any gossip and criticism towards the senior pastor as well. For that will save you from falling into the trap of Satan who wants to see your church falling apart and lack of unity each day and night. On the other hand, it is also important to pray for all the pastoral staffs each and everyday. Since they are also called by God to assist the senior pastor and work as a team to lead the church as well, harmony and unity of the pastoral team will always be important for any church growth.

Your deacons and elders need your prayer

We don't want to minimize the importance of deacons and elders in our prayer. However, their roles and function are different according to the Bible. There are many denomination will exalt their deacons board or the elders board as the highest decision making body in the church. Although we don't want to argue with this phenomenon, we don respect that each person do have different role to play in the church. The unity of such a leadership team is also important for the church as well. That's why we surely need to pray for them as well.

How to pray for these leaders ?

I would suggest the following seven ways to pray for the pastoral team and the leadership team as well and you should never underestimate the power of prayer :

1. Apply the blood of Jesus to the senior pastor daily and ask the Holy Spirit to fill he or she that this leader will live in holiness and receive the love, wisdom, power, authority and vision from God to lead the church .

2. Apply the blood of Jesus to the pastoral team that this team will always work in harmony and unity with love. And also ask God to give them a heart of submission and love to the senior pastor and help the senior pastor to carry out any decision that needs to be execute in the church.

3. Pray for all the deacons and all the elders to have a spirit of co-operation and unity to work with the pastoral team in building up the church as a whole.

4. Ask God to give each member of the church to be humble and submissive to the leadership team of the church.

5. Bind all the spirits of any destructive idea, hatred, unforgiveness, bitterness , dis-unity, temptation , rebellious and any demonic attempt in Jesus name and command all these spirits be gone from the church in a daily basis. Also declare all the destruction for any Satanic plan to be completely destroyed and leave the church forever in Jesus mighty name.

6. Ask the Lord to send His angles to protect the leadership team and their family members in a daily basis as well.

7. Ask the Holy Spirit to always raise up new leaders in the next generation of this church and also ask God to raise mighty intercessors who knows how to listen to God;s voice and how to pray for the church in a daily basis to arise in this church.

Conclusion

The church in the end time needs to be more alert on how to pray for their leadership. God places each of us in a church is not a coincidence. He has a plan for each of us , so don't just leave your church whenever you feel like it. Your leaders are all human and they are not perfect, that's why they need your prayer in order to build up the church according to God's will. Will you be a prayer warrior for your church leadership team or will you be an attacker to your church leaders when you don't feel satisfy with anything ? I pray that you will know what to choose. Amen.
