There are many Bible verses telling us that God heals . There are also many teaching from the Scripture telling us many things relating to healing and how to deal with diseases as well. The following 5 facts will help us to have a better understanding on the issue of healing.

1. Sickness and diseases are the result of sin

There are clear teaching in the bible saying that whenever God's people will obey God's command, they will be blessed (Deuteronomy 28:1-14). However, when God's people are walking away from God's words and committed in a sinful life and disobedience, it will cause many curses of God to come and diseases are one of the result from all  these curses. For in Deuteronomy (28:58-61), it said :

58 If you do not carefully follow all the words of this law, which are written in this book, and do not revere this glorious and awesome name--the LORD your God-- 59 the LORD will send fearful plagues on you and your descendants, harsh and prolonged disasters, and severe and lingering illnesses. 60 He will bring upon you all the diseases of Egypt that you dreaded, and they will cling to you. 61 The LORD will also bring on you every kind of sickness and disaster not recorded in this Book of the Law, until you are destroyed.

2. God will heal His people 

God will never enjoy punishing His people and seeing them attack by diseases. However, since the result of sin is terrible and Satan will gain the power to attack on any people who doesn't obey God. God in His mercy still promised that He will be the healer of His people.

Exodus 15:26, "I am the LORD that health thee." He is truly a merciful God who is willing to heal our diseases and That's why he said it clear to His people that He will heal their sickness and diseases.

3. Jesus has already paid for our transgressions

We really have to thank God for Jesus, the son of God has came to this world to died for all our sin on the cross and because the 39 lashings on His back, we are healed.That's the payment for our healing. As what Isaiah 53:5 says that :

"But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed"

4.  All Christians have the authority to heal in the name of Jesus

Before Jesus leaved this world to heaven , He commanded His disciples to perform signs and wonders for the purpose of witnessing to the gospel. One of the authority he has already given to all the followers of Christ in Mark 16 :18 being that :

" they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well."

When we start to lay hands on the sick and command the sickness to be gone by faith, healing miracles will happen.

5. Healing is for today

There are no words in the Bible saying that God will only heal His people in the past but not today.In fact, the Bible clearly saying that  "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." (Hebrew 13:8) That's why , all the followers of Christ can boldly pray for others healing without any doubt and fear.

Conclusion :

In order to remove all the obstacles that may become a hindering or blockage of healing, lead the person to confess one's own sin as what the Bible says that " If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9) (especially related to that particular disease and some need to deal with generational curses as well) and also dealing with unforgiveness"and forgive us our debts,as we also have forgiven our debtors."(Matthew 6 :12) are the usual two main areas that need to be solved before we can see healing take places. However, there are still many unknown reasons that we won't be able answer them all when dealing with non-healing issue after prayer, we can only being faithful to God's word and keep on praying for the sick and obey on God's command in this life.so....Go and start to pray for people and see healing miracles happen in the name of Jesus, now.

The insights from the passed away of Queen Elizabeth II about your time on earth

                                                                                   

A sudden news and its impact on my mind

As I checked my Yahoo news today, many news articles were reporting about the death of Queen Elizabeth. A well-respected person not just for all the people of the United Kingdom, but also for many people of the commonwealth and all the people living on earth as well. Although I don't know her personally, but I know she was a great woman in her lifetime for all the things she has done to the United Kingdom. She has been a queen for 70 years, longer than any queen from her past. She has experienced all the difficulties and trials of the royal family and remains a very calm image in the public at all times. Although she has all the riches and glory during her realm as a queen, she has her beginning and an end as well. What does her death tells us? A passage from the Bible immediately pops up in my mind, and it is Psalm 90:10, which says, "The years of our life are seventy,
    or even by reason of strength eighty;
yet their span [^c] is but toil and trouble;
    they are soon gone, and we fly away."

When the queen finished her last breath on earth, she couldn't bring anything with her. Even I believe they will surely remember her name in human history. Her pass away also reminded me of one thing: who is the real king in this universe? Jesus is the king of glory and the ultimate authority of our life.

                                                                                     

     

The King of suffering

Unlike the Queen Elizabeth II, who will always travel in a royal and prestige class of manner, Our Lord Jesus didn't live a life like that on earth. He was only born in a manger and also as a child of a carpenter, Joseph. He needed to escape from the death threat of Herod and went to Egypt with his parents. Jesus only rode on a donkey when he entered Jerusalem. He once told a teacher of the law who shown his interest in following Jesus that he doesn't even have a place to lay his head (Matthew 8:20). When Jesus died, he didn't die in a palace as what a king or a queen should be. They crucified him on the cross and were full of shame according to human standard. No glory, no respect, nothing to be honored about, but full of pain and sadness if we would just look at how he died on the cross. He was the king of suffering, and even one criminal who needed to crucify with Jesus also laugh at him in his dying process. (Luke 23:39). As the only Son of God, why did he have to go through all this, and why did he have to die like this? It is something that Christian can always answer but will always forget to meditate in a deeper way since the church has always talked about the answer already.

                                                                                      

The king of glory

What is the answer, then? The answer being that Jesus has gone through all this and died in a painful way, just because he wanted to save us from eternal death. He didn't have to go through all this, but it was just out of God's love and Jesus' own submission and obedient to the Father. It was 100% out of his love for our human souls and didn't want to see any human to go to hell without hope, so he lived a life like that and die like that as well. It is out of his own choice. Unlike the queen who couldn't choose where she was born, Jesus could choose at the very beginning. He could choose not to become a human, but he chose as the Word became flesh (John 1:14), anyway. He lived a life to fulfill all the prophecy have said about him in the Old Testament. And the best part being that He just didn't die for us, he roused on the third day for us as well. He has already conquered death for us and he is living in the glory with the Father once again and someday he will come back in a glorious way to take his people with him forever. Yes. That's our Jesus, our king of glory. As a hymn saying that, "Oh, what a wonderful day it will be. Jesus is coming again!" Are you longing for that day? I surely do!

                                                                                       

                                                                            

How should we then live?

For most of the British, the queen has already fulfilled her duty and responsibility as a queen supposed to. So does our king of glory, Jesus, who has already done what he could to finish the salvation plan as the Father had expected. What about you and I as " a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession," as the first part of Peter 2:9 stated? I pray I can surely "proclaim the excellencies of him who called me out of darkness into his marvelous light." As the last part of this Bible verse stated. I pray I can uplift the name of Jesus while I am still on earth and bring more people out of the darkness and enter the glorious kingdom like I did. How about you? Will you join this glorious team and serve the king of glory for the rest of your life? I pray you do. To God be the glory. Amen.

What can you do to help Ukraine and the rest of the world that is suffering?

                                                                            

An Easter unlike any other 

I've experienced a lot of Easters in my life, but this one feels a little different. What did I mean when I said that? Because Ukraine is usually at the center of the news or a significant topic of discussion panels whenever I switch on my TV or go online to follow worldwide news. Despite the fact that I have never visited this country, I am concerned about its future, and my prayers are for this once charming and beautiful country. It's difficult to leave your home in this manner, especially if you enjoyed your previous residence. People, their faces and smiles, eateries, and the street corner where you used to chat with your pals all vanished without warning. Is it possible for me to experience all of their aches and pains? As you may recall from the Bible, Jesus and his parents, Joseph and Mary, were forced to abandon their homeland to Egypt when he was a newborn. And while he was on the cross, he endured all of the bodily suffering as well as the vile accusations leveled against him by his opponents."Father, why have you forsaken me?" Jesus exclaimed aloud. The Father separated him for that moment when he needed to bear all of mankind's sins. He clearly understands what it is to be in pain.

                                                                                  

The Problem and Its Resolution 

Is there still justice in this world when we see so many innocent people being slaughtered, bombed, tortured, and insulted? When all of this transpired, where was our God? Even though I have all the model answers from the Bible, I will nonetheless pose such a question with emotion as a pastor. I believe it is best for me to avoid the subject because I have so many unsolved questions in my emotions and so many already answered questions in my thoughts. But, in these trying times, I'm going to concentrate on what I can do to assist. Will I be the one to save the world? Of course, I won't because I'm incapable of doing so, and only Jesus, my savior, is capable of doing so. Will I remain silent in the face of such anguish? Not in the least. What options do I have? I've compiled the following list: 

 1. If I can pray, you can as well. 

 2. I can demonstrate my care and concern by keeping up with the news. 

 3. I may contribute to those in need, as well as Ukrainian churches and refugees. 

 4. Is there anything else? This is the next thought that comes to mind.

                                                                                   

Do you want to contribute in your own way or in God's way? 

I'm sure there are many additional methods to demonstrate our support for Ukrainians or other people in need around the world. However, it all depends on how much you're willing to give, and since everyone's situation will be different, we don't need to compare what each person should do. I believe God will show each person how to see and respond to diverse needs. If that's what you're capable of, go ahead and do it. Don't force yourself if you can't. You won't feel bad, and you won't feel obligated to contribute what you have. In the meantime, it's far better to ask God what he wants you to do about this issue. You will know that you are helping the Ukrainian or any other needy person in God's way if you can seek his will before you say yes or no to any decision or action.

                                                                                 

Last but not least 

When the battle is finished, and I am confident it will be ended regardless of the outcome, you and I will be able to stand before God and say, "I am doing what I can according to your will for me." I hope that my advise will be helpful to you in this situation. Learning how to pray with the Lord's prayer with Jesus instruction is one of the most important lesson that we will receive from the bible about prayer. First of all, we need to take a look on this great prayer that Jesus taught us.

Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
Your Kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins,
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours.

1. We are praying to our heaven Father whose name is Holy and worthy for our praise. That's why our prayer should start with praising God in our prayer , and not keep on asking God for this and that. When we start to pray, Jesus is saying that we need to focus on our heavenly Father but not focus on how we can solve our own problems. At the time, proclaim and mediate on the different names of God by praising His different Holy names will help us to remember who our God is. He is our provider, our healer , our Shepherd and our Almighty God as well. There are many names in the bible of God and all these names reflect on the different goodness and beauty of God Himself. When we praise His Holy name and mediate on who our God is, our problems becomes nothing or smaller in our mind.


2. We are praying for God's kingdom to come unto our life as it is in heaven. What is God's kingdom ? It simply means any place that God's rule has no obstacle in it and God's authority is moving in it's fullness in that area, and that's the kingdom of God. No wonder Jesus said God's kingdom is in our heart.That's why our prayer needs always invite God's will be done in every area of our life including our mind, our characters and every part of us ----- before we tell God about our problems.


3. We are praying for God's providence in our daily need. If you are worrying about your daily needs in your life regarding to finance, food, clothing, etc. That's when you should ask God for. No, not in the beginning of your prayer, not until you re-focus on God and who He is., not until you are inviting God's will be done in your life. It is only after you acknowledge God's authority in your life and have full access to every area of our life, then you can start to ask for your daily need and communicate to God about this practical issue. you can see what prayer is : First supernatural, then material or practical. This means that without first dealing with our Spiritual eyesight, we have no power and authority to deal  and overcome our physical needs with prayer. Since we tends to look at our problems and want to see it solve before we get to know that it is actually a relationship problem with our God ,so Jesus wants us to deal with this problem first before we can see our material or physical problems get solved.


4. We are praying for God' forgiveness and deal with our unforgiveness. Jesus is saying that we need to deal with our relationship with others to see if there is any unforgiveness that is still living in our heart. This is a self-examination moment that  we will make sure that we have no hatred and anger in our heart that the devils can use it as a weapon to attack us. As we proclaim forgiveness in our prayer time and declare that we will forgive those who has hurt us. Our heavenly Father would forgive us our sin as he always will. When our relationship with others and God has been dealt with, then our prayer can surely get to God's throne without any obstacle.


5. We are praying for God's protection in our daily life that we will always follow His will. Since we are at war with Satan and we are in a spiritual warfare at all times, we need to ask God to help us to escape from temptation and overcome every step that will lead us go astray. We really need God to deliver us from evil in our daily living since the devil is just like an roaring lion who is seeking for somebody to eat. We can't win this war without prayer and the power of God.


6. We are praying that God's realm is among us from now and forever. We don't just pray for what is happening on earth but always remember that our God is the ruler at all times and He will get the final victory at the end since Jesus has already won the battle on the cross.


Conclusion
With such a good model of prayer from our Lord Jesus, we can start to pray to our heavenly Father with power and authority. Prayer like this will be surely be answer by God and will always please Him in this divine communication process. Christian worship the only true God of the Universe and it is always a blessing to live with Spiritual freedom in Christ.Unfortunately, there are still many people worshiping different kinds of idols in this world everyday.Since many people are still under the control of satanic power and therefore, deliverance prayer has became a focus in more and more intercession ministries in the last twenty years." How to pray and break the power of darkness with authority ?" is the major concern of this article and the following advices will be helpful for anyone who will involve in deliverance prayer and spiritual warfare.

1. Knowing your Spiritual Authority ?

    Christian will never be afraid of demons because our sin are all washed away by the blood of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit is dwelling among us. Whenever we command the demons to leave in the name of Jesus, all demons will leave.We don't have to perform a special ceremony for exorcism and making a big things out of it. All we have to do is to worship God just like what we always do and pray for any body in Christ who is may still under demonic oppression. Break that power of darkness within that person in Jesus mighty name and command the evil spirits to go away immediately, the process is just that simple.If you are not a Christian, you need to repent your sin and accept Jesus as your personal savior and become a Christian before you have this authority. The reason being that demons will only afraid of Jesus and those who has Jesus in their life. If you haven't been a born again Christian yet, don't even try to encounter in spiritual warfare like this.Only born again Christian has the authority to do that with the name of Jesus. We need to always start anything by invite the Holy Spirit to come and minister to the situation and all the people involved. we should also start with a prayer and ask Jesus to cover us with His blood before the whole process begins.

2. Knowing the 4 steps for deliverance prayer

    I will set 4 steps for deliverance as RFCC. what is RFCC ?

    R ------- means Repentance. Many people involved in spiritual bondage because of the following problems : generational curses (means the sin committed by your ancestors that will pass along unto you for three to four generation as stated in Exdous 34:6-7).Sin such as participated in witch craft ,astrology, fortune-telling, Ouija broad, Eastern meditation, Hypnosis, any forms of addiction or sexual related sin, etc.All these things needs to be deal with repentance before anyone can experience the power and the benefit of deliverance prayer in Jesus mighty name. You can just lead the Christian with the first part of deliverance prayer like that : Dear Heavenly Father, I am willing to repent for all the participation and worship activities which my ancestors have involved in the past and passed along to my life . And I am wiling to repent on all the participation I have previously involved with (the name of the practice one by one and states all of them).In Jesus name right now. I renounce all these worship and participation and ask for your forgiveness of my sin, right now, then continue......... to pray in the prayer in the F section in the following.

    F --------- means Forgiveness. For The Lord's prayer teach us that we need to forgive others as we have been forgiven by our heavenly Father (Matthew 6 :9-14). The second of deliverance prayer should be : Dear Heavenly Father, I ask for your forgiveness right now for all the sin that my ancestors have committed and passed along to me through the family bloodline. I declare that I forgive anyone who lead me to participate in all these activities that cause me to fall into the trap of the evil one because of all these evil action.And I also ask for your forgiveness right now, Lord ,for all the activities which I have previous involved in any occult worship such as (the name of the occult one by one)or and devil practice such as (the name of the practice one by one) in the past. Continue to pray ....... in the  C section in the following.

    C --------- means Cut Off. We have cut off all the relationship which we have involved in all the past in prayer. We can now lead that body in Christ  into the third part of deliverance prayer : Dear heavenly Father, I am willing to cut off all my past relationship with all the occult activities with (the name of the occult one by one) and with the devil practice with (the name of the activity one by one) right now and I will never involve with all these activities in the rest of my life  again. I declare that I am now cutting off all these relationships right now in Jesus name.Continue to pray in the following C section.

    C --------- means Come Out. The last step of the prayer and the most important step is to command each and every evil spirit to come out from that person's life one by one in Jesus name.The fourth step of the deliverance prayer should be  : In the name of Jesus I bind the spirit of (the name of the spirit), such as the spirit of astrology ) right now,  and I command the spirit of (the name of the spirit, such as the spirit of astrology, etc.) to come out from the body of (the name of of the person being praying for such as Danny, Julie,etc) right now. I command you to  leave at once and cannot return to ( the person's name) life again.

Note : If the spirit doesn't want to leave, you can keep on command the spirit to leave for a few more times because the evil spirit normally will try to struggle and not to leave in the beginning. That's why You need to keep on commanding the evil spirit to leave by saying "come out, right now, come out in Jesus name) and it will leave soon. At the same time, teach the person to keep on praying internally just in their mind and no need to say it out loud and declare words in their mind such as " I bind this spirit of (the name of the spirit) in Jesus name and I command you to leave my life right now and I only want Jesus in my life." With the intercessors command the evil spirit to leave from outside and the person's will and declaration from inside, the evil spirit will leave in a minute to a few minutes.Then repeat the commanding process for the rest of the spirits which is still staying in  that person until it is all gone. In the case of unsuccessful deliverance, we need to observe whether that person actually doesn't want the evil spirit to leave for some reasons or maybe it involves in some kinds of sin which hasn't been dealt with such as unforgiveness , bitterness , anger, etc.There are times ,We need to stop for a moment and ask the Holy Spirit for further guidance before we can go any further. Sometimes, we have to arrange for further appointment to pray with the person again.

Conclusion :

       We cast out the demons with the power of the Holy Spirit and by the name of Jesus alone and we need not be afraid in the whole process, for Jesus has already won the battle on the cross. Since it is a spiritual warfare and a prayer process, it is a good advice to minister with few more Christians whose willing to pray for that person together. More prayer will make the process faster and shorter. As a warning, I would say that don't try to talk to the spirit since the spirit will side track you with all the false information and confuse you with all the lies. So, don't waste your time to talk with the spirit but just command it to go away. If the person would speak to you with some kinds of wired voice, just tell the spirit to silence in Jesus name. Then the spirit can't control the person's vocal cord to confuse you anymore.we need to remember the Holy Spirit is in us and He is much more powerful than any evil spirit of the world. After the whole process (make it no more than 2 hours and choose another day if further prayer is needed, otherwise all the intercessors will be very tired and so does the person being pray for.) Prepare a small bag for the person to vomit if the person needs it when the spirit comes out . Sometimes, a box of tissue and a glass of water will be helpful as well whenever people may need it.You can always talk to the person ans ask how he or she is feeling during the process and make sure you are doing the right thing in your prayer. Open all your spiritual senses and always sensitive to what the Holy Spirit is showing about the person's situation through the word of knowledge at that moment.

      At last, pray for the Holy Spirit to fill that person again and ask the Lord to protect  and comfort the person when everything is finished. Give glory to God and bless each other before we leave.That's it ! I hope this article can be a blessing to you and to God be the glory.

 Effective prayer is what we are talking about and how to pray effectively and get result from your prayers are the focus of this article.There are two types of praying Christians in this world.The first type is the one who will always pray and get result from what they pray for. The second type is the one who prays but never get any result from it.There are one question we need to ask today : Why does God answer some prayer faster than other ? Although we might not be able to find out all the answers but at least we can find out some of them. Let us try to find out from the Bible and put it in our daily life as well.


A.There are some Bible verses that will show us about effective prayer as follow :


1. Pray according to God's will : This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us -  whatever we ask - we know that we have what we asked of him" (1 John 5:14-15)


2. Pray with a righteous mind :  "…The prayer of a 
    righteous man is powerful and effective" 
                                                                                                                                 (James 5:16)


3. Keep on praying with a thankful heart : Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ  Jesus"  
                       (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)


4. Beware of your motive : When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures" 
                                                                                                                                    (James 4:3)


5. Pray in the Holy Spirit : "In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes  for us with groans that words cannot express"  
                                                                                                                          (Romans 8:26)


B.The teaching of Jesus about prayer : 


1. Faith will always be the key :


"'Have faith in God,' Jesus answered. 'I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, "Go, throw yourself into the sea," and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins'"
                                                                                                                     (Mark 11:22-25)


2. Pray in the name of Jesus :


"And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it" (John 14:13-14).

Conclusion :

After we have just grasped some basic principles on effective prayer and what Jesus has to say about prayer, we need to put it into practice. Thank God for 2019 and getting ready to enter into 2020

Although I am going to say goodbye to 2019 soon and I want to write an article of my personal thanksgiving to all God's blessings to me for the whole year.before I will enter into 2020 with a new beginning. I will start by thank God for what he did to me in my life with 10 things in my life which has happened just one year ago.

1. I thank God for his preparation of an opportunity for me to attend a special convocation in USA and that was my first time to step inside America even I used to live in Canada for 11 years before. I haven't travel outside my own city (Hong Kong ) for the last 10 years already and that was the first trip after my long time stay in my city.

2. I thank God that I was able to go to Singapore to attend a healing seminar by Joan Hunter where I could update my healing prayer and enjoy an opportunity to serve the Lord duirng the seminar by praying for the sick.

3. I thank God that I could learn something about construction risk and how to avoid all the dangerous situation from a one day seminar in my own city.

4. I thank God that my health remains stable through the whole year and not much problem regarding to my health issue.

5. I thank God that I could attend a new church and particpate in its cell group in order to build up new relationship with other Christians whose from all walks of life and whose also from many other countries which including Hong Kong as well.

6. I thank God that I was able to minster to the poor and keep up my monthly visit to the homeless people on the street throughout the year. The most excited experience has been my last visit to a perosn who I have visited a few time before. For just a few days before I published this article, I was happy to see this homeless person has shown his willingness to accept The Lord Jesus as his own personal savior and the Lord of his life. To God be the glory.

7. I thank God that even I was experiencing many difficulties but God's grace has been sufficient for me throughout the year.

8. I thank God that I was still be able to show my little support to a ministry online in a regular basis througout the year.

9. I thank God that for using me to pray for the mother of one of my best friends whose in Canada by using Whatsapp almost everyday for about two months before her mom went to heaven with the Lord because of her terminal illness. I wasn't happy when I first started to pray fro her since I wasn't comfortable to pray for a sick elderly almost everyday in the beginning. However, After I look back for the whole situation, I thank God to allow me in participating in support of this family even I didn't see any healing this time. I think at least I can show this family that God really care about them and still care for the mom even when she was really sick at that moment. I thank God for teaching me how to love the elderly which was something I really need to learn for so many years.

10. I thank God for this excited year even I still need to face some of my problems  throughout the year. However, God's grace is sufficient to me an I am still alive and heading to another year of the Lord in 2020.

I praise God for all His wonder and blessings in 2018 and in 2019 and I am looking forward to experience God in a new way in 2020. Happy New year to My God and Happy New Year to all the readers of this article. God bless you all. 😃

How to pray for people with upper back pain ?

                                                                   

Healing can be easy if you know how ? I thought that healing through prayer was really hard in my past Christian year. I thought that only the most anointed Christian or Christian with the gift of healing could do it. After I have really study on the subject and I found that healing isn't that hard and it can be really simple and fun as well. recently, I have encounter some kinds of great teaching from Joan Hunter, Randy Clark, Bill Johnson and David Herzog as well. Among all these great servants of God, I found that Joan Hunter has the highest success rate and it is a teaching that every Spirit-filled Christian can do it. I would say that Joan's model is purely a prayer model that everyone can see instant result in most of the times. However, the other great servants of God are still worthy for us to learn from them as they all have their special expertise in healing and creative miracles as well. I am going to share a simple prayer method on how to pray for people with upper back pain in the following and I hope it will bless those who wants to learn to pray with instant result. You will find that the power of the Holy Spirit is amazing.

 
1. Prepare to pray

Ask the the person who wants to receive prayer to stand straight and relax with his or eyes open. At the same time, tell the person not to pray when you are praying for him or her. It is actually hard to receive and while praying at the same time. Some people think that have their eyes close will be better and concentrated in prayer but it will also make that person can't see the miracle happen right before his or her own eyes as well. That's why, just tell the person to keep his or eyes open and see what God will do for him or her.

2. Time to pray

Ask the person to extend both of his or her arms out to measure which arms are shorter than the other one. (In most cases but nit all,one arm will be shorter than the other one in the case of  upper back pain ). Be sure to have a small space between two arms and usually 1mm to 2 mm will do . You just want to make sure that when you command the shorter arm to grow out without getting stuck by the other arms , that's all.

3. Lay hand to pray

Lay one of your hand on the base of the scull of the person and speak in a normal tone that "I command the base of the skull to line up with every vertebrates at this back." Then speak " I curse the pain to be gone while laying hand on the same position (or command the pain to be gone if you don't want to use the term curse). After that, you command the muscles on the neck and all the way to the upper back and the upper chest to be relax (if you feel the person is so tense. If not tense, you can just skip this step.). Last and the most fun part, you command the shorter arm to grow and go back to the proper position and be even with the other arm. That's it.

Conclusion

You will then see the arm just grow out in a few second (wait for a while and ask the person to open his or her eyes and watch what will happen ) until it gets even with the other arm. However, if the arm just growing back and forth , never mind about it. Since The Holy Spirit or maybe the angel is doing the adjustment for the arms, it may take a few seconds for the arms to get even. Just relax and the arms will eventually grow and back to its proper position and be even with the other arm. Just don't worry and watch how fun it is. Tell the person to thank Jesus right away and then start to check his or her own back to see the back is completely heal. If there are still some pain leave, just lay hand on the back and command the pain to be gone completely. Usually when the arms are getting even, there should be no more pain leave on that person's upper back. Be sure you will give all the glory to God and praise God for His healing power. Try it, it is fun and it will happen all the times when you pray according to all the steps.You can pray it to yourself as well whenever you experience upper back pain.God bless you

I knew nothing about the power of the Holy Spirit.

Lord, Jesus, in this special day of my life. I pray that you can 

use me in the rest of my life to a greater extend and to lead 

more people to accept you as their own Lord and Savior while 

I still have breathe on this earth.

Oh heavenly Father, let my birthday be a day which always to 

remind me that I was created for you and let your will be done 

in my life until I see you again.

It is easy to heal the upper back pain by prayer if 

you are Spirit-filled Christian. However, if you are 

still not a Spirit-filled Christian, you should 

consider to be filled by the Holy Spirit before you can 

experience the power of the holy Spirit in a full sense. 

being an Evangelical Christian for more than 15 years, I was 

shocked by how the Holy Spirit could do in my life. First of 

all, He has transformed my worship and prayer life even 

since then. When I was first being filled by the Holy Spirit, I 

just love to pray and worship like never before. That's why I 

have learned all kinds of prayer after that. The following 

prayer is one of the prayer I have learned over youtube and I 

have experienced how it really works for many people after I 

started to pray for people. It is simple and very practical. it is 

a prayer on how to heal the upper back pain. You can pray 

for others and also apply it to yourself as well. the 

procedures and prayer are as following:


1. Get the person who has upper back pain to stand 

    straight.

2. Lay your hand on the base of the skull (just behind the 

    neck will be alright) of the person.

3.Then pray : In Jesus name,I command the base of the 

                     skull to line up with every vertebrate on 

                     his/her back.

4. I curse the pain to be gone in Jesus name.

5. I command the muscle from the neck all along his/her 

    upper back to his/her upper chest to be relax in Jesus 

    name.

6. The last step which is the most important and amazing 

    step : Have the person to extend both arms to straight 

    forward but leave about an inch from between to  

    measure her arm to see which one is shorter. Then 

    command the shorter arm to grow in Jesus name and be 

    even with the other arm in length.

7. Ask the person to say "thank you Jesus" before he/she 

   will check her back to see the pain is really gone. That's it!

Note : Condition 1. If the person doesn't have any arm 

                             which is shorter than the other one, then

                             you don't need to do the last step. That 

                             means you don't need to command

                             any arm to grow since there is nothing to 

                             be grow about. Just pray the first

                             three steps and have the person to thank 

                             Jesus before the checking of the

                             back done.

           Condition 2. Sometimes the arm will grow back and 

                               forth for adjustment for a short while. 

                              Just let God's angels to minister to that 

                              person until it eventually get even with 

                              the other arm.  (usually it will take one 

                              minute or two and you just comfort the 

                              person by saying that's God's work on 

                               you, just relax and let it finish. no need 

                               to be afraid or worry.
         
           Condition 3. If the arm grow out a bit then stop, all 

                              have to do is to command like this

                              saying : "you  devil, get out of her life 

                              right now in Jesus name." You need to

                              do so just because the situation is not 

                               just a normal self-created pain such

                               as working to hard or inappropriate 

                               posture. Since the pain is created by

                               the devil , then you have to command it 

                               to be gone in Jesus name. You will

                               probably see the arm comes up at once 

                               after that.

         Condition 4. If the pain is not gone all at once, you 

                             can pray it one or two more times

                             since some people don't get instant 

                             healing just by praying once. It is

                             perfectly alright to pray for a person a 

                             few more times before a healing

                             occurs. Even Jesus pray for a  blind 

                             person twice in one of His healing

                             situation.

it still works. There is always more than one to 

pray for healing in God's kingdom. As the Holy 

Spirit moves, miracles will happen. We should never limit 

God's way in healing . Praise God for His mercy and 

healing grace at all times.
